At Numbresh, we offer a 7-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Final sale, clearance, and personalized items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
• Damaged items caused by misuse or improper handling
• Accessories such as earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards and store credits

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

1. Email our support team at support@numbresh.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and provide a return approval if eligible.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the approval email.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your payment source.
• For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Free Delivery Over Rs 2500

We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs 2500. Standard delivery charges apply to all orders below this amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
